Kitchens and dining

Kitchens are already fitted, so they get styling rather than furniture: tableware, fresh fruit, island seating where an open-plan space calls for it, and a furnished dining zone. We never change fittings or finishes.

    A room can be empty, sparse or already full, and we stage it either way. For furnished rooms we clear the existing furniture and clutter, rebuild the surfaces behind, and restyle, keeping the structure, finishes and any defects exactly as they are.

    We add towels, plants and tableware so kitchens and bathrooms look clean and inviting, and can dress a kitchen island with seating. We never change fittings or finishes.

  • Open-plan in one shot

    A whole open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen, furnished in a single wide shot.

  • Photo enhancement, included

    Included with every listing: every photo is checked, and any that needs it is brightened, straightened or cleared of haze. Where suitable, we also recover the real view through over-bright windows, using only detail already present in the photo. We never invent a view.

  • One finished photo per room

    Send every angle you have; more angles help us choose. We deliver the best angle of each room and space as one finished photo, staged or enhanced as the room needs, so the set reads as one consistent shoot: more rooms, more photos, always one per room.

Does virtual staging look real?
Yes. We furnish or restyle the room photorealistically and keep the property itself (walls, windows, finishes and any defects) exactly as photographed. Every staged image is clearly marked as virtually staged.
Can you stage a room that already has furniture?
Yes. We clear the existing furniture and clutter, rebuild the surfaces behind, and restyle the room. A room doesn't need to be empty.
What rooms can you stage?
Living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, studies, entrance halls and patios, plus open-plan spaces. We add tasteful décor to kitchens and bathrooms.
