A room can be empty, sparse or already full, and we stage it either way. For furnished rooms we clear the existing furniture and clutter, rebuild the surfaces behind, and restyle, keeping the structure, finishes and any defects exactly as they are.

We add towels, plants and tableware so kitchens and bathrooms look clean and inviting. Décor only, never furniture.

A whole open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen, furnished in a single wide shot.

Photo enhancement, included
Included with every listing: we brighten dark photos, straighten crooked ones and clear haze. Where suitable we also recover the real view through over-bright windows, warm an exterior to golden hour, or replace an overcast sky. Always from the real photo. We never invent a view.

Where suitable, we tidy away temporary distractions like bins, hoses, cables or a parked car.
