What a whole listing costs

Our price is flat (A$61 at every size), so the saving grows with every room. Other totals are worked out from each published per-photo price (one staged room is one photo, volume rates where they apply), not advertised packages. Prices as read on 18 October 2026.

From four rooms up we are lower than every done-for-you service we surveyed that publishes a per-photo price, and the gap keeps widening. The first row is here for the same reason as the rest: it is what the arithmetic says.

Compared with staging the house for real

Physical staging hires and installs real furniture. No Australian physical-staging company with a published price was captured in this survey; the figure below is our own.

Physical staging furnishes the house a buyer walks into; virtual staging changes the photographs that get them to the viewing. Every staged image we deliver comes with a visible disclosure mark, on by default.

The three ways to stage a listing

• Self-serve staging tools

  From about A$3.84 a photo. Renders in seconds; you choose the furniture, check every result and handle the disclosure yourself.

• Done-for-you virtual staging

  You send the photos; a team sends back finished images. In Australia, staged.photo advertises a flat A$22 a photo with a 24-hour turnaround. Fast Virtual Staging AU charges A$30 a photo and Virtual Staging Australia quotes from A$60 a photo. International services such as BoxBrownie and Styldod charge US$16 to US$24 a photo. We return the whole listing for A$61, usually within 24 hours. If turnaround matters more than price, staged.photo's 24-hour turnaround matches ours, and Fast Virtual Staging AU's 12 to 24 hours can beat it.

• Physical staging

  Real furniture, hired and installed: the only option that changes the show day itself. No Australian physical-staging company with a published price was captured in this survey.
