What a whole listing costs

Our price is flat, so the more rooms a listing has, the further it goes. Totals for the other services are calculated from their published per-photo prices above, one staged room counted as one photo, using each provider's volume rate where the order qualifies. They are not advertised package prices.

Physical staging hires and installs real furniture. Most South African stagers quote per property rather than publishing rates; these two publish, and their own figures are below.

The trade-off is your own time and attention: you check every render, redo the misses and handle the staging disclosure yourself. A sensible choice if you stage often, are comfortable with the tools and the rooms are straightforward.

Done-for-you virtual staging

You send the photos and get back finished images. In South Africa, Fast Virtual Staging advertises 12 to 24 hours at R300 a photo. International services such as BoxBrownie and Styldod charge US$16 to US$24 a photo. Why do most virtual staging services charge per photo?

Per-photo pricing is the industry norm because most providers sell single images, usually in US dollars. An agent staging a whole listing pays for each photo separately.
