What is virtual staging?
Digitally furnishing a room so buyers can picture the space. We furnish empty or sparse rooms, and for rooms that are already furnished we can clear the existing furniture and restyle them, without renting or moving any real furniture.
Does virtual staging change the property itself?
No. We only change the movable furnishings in the photo, whether we add them to an empty room or clear and replace them in a furnished one. The room's structure, fixtures, finishes and any defects are left exactly as they are, and every staged image is clearly marked as virtually staged.
How quickly do I get the photos back?

Do you stage listings in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban?
Yes, and anywhere else in South Africa. We work from the photos you send, so whether the property is in Sandton, Pretoria, Sea Point, Umhlanga or a small town makes no difference to the price or to the 48 hours.
Is virtual staging allowed, and must buyers be told?
Yes, and yes. Every staged photo carries a visible “Virtually Staged” mark and a matching note in the listing copy, in line with South African consumer-protection norms, so a buyer can see at a glance what they are looking at.
