R449 per listing with ProperPics. One price covers every room in the listing, up to 15, plus photo enhancement, a written property description and up to three dusk shots of the outside where your photos suit it. The listing is usually back within 24 hours. There is no subscription and no contract: you pay per listing.
Do I pay per photo or per listing?
Per listing. Most virtual staging services charge per photo; we charge one rand price for the whole listing, up to 15 rooms, so a large home costs the same as a small one, with the listing description included free.
What counts as one listing?
One property: every photo must be of the same house or home, with up to 15 rooms staged, a round of changes included, every usable angle of each room delivered as a finished photo with the same furniture throughout, the written description, and up to three dusk shots of the outside, where your photos suit it.
Is there a subscription or a contract?
No. You pay R449 for each listing you send. Nothing renews and there is no contract to cancel: send one listing this month and none the next, and you have paid for one.
Should I stage the photos myself?
For one or two photos, with a few minutes free, yes: your first two are free and packs start at R49. For a whole listing, the difference is the work. Done for you, our team chooses the furniture, checks every photo, redoes any that miss and writes the description, for R449 a listing.
